Panel Discussion – ‘Women’s Progression and Retention in Chemistry’

Many excellent female chemists are not progressing to senior grades in the same proportion as their male peers. This panel discussion will focus on the topic of gender in chemistry and will feature different perspectives on this important subject from leading visionaries representing different sectors and countries. The panelists will discuss the barriers leading to attrition and lack of progression that result in gender imbalance at the highest levels, taking questions and discussion points from the audience.
